Christy's Caramel Pear Martini

  1. Place 1 slice canned pear in a martini glass.
  2. Drizzle caramel topping up and down the sides of the inside of the glass.
  3. Place glass in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  4. Remove glass when ready to serve.
  5. In a shaker mix 1 shot Vodka and 1 shot pear juice.
  6. Pour into frozen glass.
  7. Top with Champagne.
  8. ENJOY!
  9. Cooking time is freezer time.
