Low Carb Pancakes

  1. In medium size bowl mix cream cheese, 1 egg, splenda, whipping cream & cinnamon until smooth.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In mixing bowl whip 2 eggs with mixer.
  4. Fold both mixtures, mix until blended.
  5. On nonstick griddle pour mixture in 2inch size for each pancake.
  6. Serve & enjoy.
