Protein Pancakes
- 2 Egg whites
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Protein powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Blend oatmeal to a fine powder in a blender
- Mix protein and oatmeal in a mixing bowl
- Mix egg whites, almond milk, and vanilla extract into protein oatmeal powder and mix until batter is fully combined.
- Cook at medium heat on a lightly greased skillet for about 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned on both sides and cooked fully through.
