Sweet Curry Chicken Fingers
- 16 Premium Plus Whole Wheat Crackers, crushed (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp. curry powder, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
- 1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread, divided
- 1 Tbsp. Kraft Pure Orange Marmalade
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix cracker crumbs and 1/2 tsp.
- curry powder in shallow dish.
- Brush chicken with 2 Tbsp.
- Miracle Whip.
- Add to crumb mixture; turn to evenly coat each strip.
- Place in 17x11-1/2x3/4-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 12 to 14 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining Miracle Whip, curry powder and marmalade until well blended.
- Serve chicken with sauce.
