Baked Mini Turkey Meatballs
- 1- 1/4 pound Ground Turkey
- 1 whole Egg
- 2 Tablespoons Milk
- 1 cup Frozen, Chopped Spinach, Thawed
- 1/2 cups Italian Breadcrumbs
- 13 cups Italian Blend Shredded Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 2 dashes Fresh Ground Pepper
- 2 dashes Garlic Salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Do not stir too much or your meatballs may be tough.
- Use a tablespoon-sized scoop to place meatballs on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Serve immediately.
