Harvest Turkey Sandwich
- 48 each focaccia bread, split
- 48 pieces leaf lettuce
- 1-1/2 qt. dried cranberries
- - oven-roasted turkey breasts, thinly sliced
- 144 slices Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- For each serving: Spread 1 tsp.
- of the Honey Dijon Sauce onto each of 2 bread halves.
- Cover bottom half of bread with 1 lettuce leaf.
- Top with 2 Tbsp.
- cranberries, 2 oz.
- turkey and 3 apple slices.
- Cover with top of bread.
- Cut diagonally in half to serve.
