Black Sesame and Kinako Soy Milk
- 200 ml Soy milk
- 3 tbsp Kinako
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Black sesame seeds (ground or whole, whichever you prefer)
- Put the soy milk and honey in a cup, and microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
- Add the kinako and black sesame seeds, mix very, very well and it's done!
- If you heat up the soy milk to at least 60C before mixing, the kinako will dissolve into it, so I recommend heating it.
- Drink this every morning and evening for the greatest results!!
- I recommend having it twice a day.
- When I ran out of honey, I tried using dark brown sugar instead, which was delicious, too.
- If you get bored with the original formula, please try using brown sugar!
- Diet version: I'm busy in the mornings, so I make a smoothie by dissolving the drink with water instead of breakfast.
- You should take in at least 400 to 500 kcal per meal, otherwise even if you do lose weight, you're likely to put it back on right away.
- I started a diet using this drink last week, and I've already lost 1.5 kg!
- I've cut down on carbohydrates for lunch and dinner and eaten meals centered around veggies.
- My goal is to lose 4 kg!!
