Cannoli With Chocolate, Ricotta and Orange.
- 250 g fresh ricotta
- 100 g caster sugar
- 40 g dark chocolate, grated
- 2 teaspoons orange rind, finely grated
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 cannoli shells
- powdered sugar icing, to dust
- Place the ricotta, sugar, chocolate, orange rind and vanilla in a large bowl.
- Use a wooden spoon to mix until well combined.
- Spoon the ricotta mixture into a piping bag.
- Select nozzle that will fit inside cannoli shell.
- Pipe the ricotta mixture evenly into the cannoli shells.
- Arrange 2 cannoli on each serving plate.
- Dust evenly with icing sugar and serve immediately.
