Ambrosia Crepes Recipe

  1. Drain fruit, reserve 3 Tablespoons of juice and 1/2 c. fruit cocktail.
  2. Combine remaining fruit dessert topping, banana, marshmallow, coconut and reserved juice.
  3. Mix lightly 1/2 c. fruit mix to fill each crepe.
  4. Garnish with additional topping and fruit.
  5. To freeze crepes stack with waxed paper between.
  6. Wrap in heavy foil or possibly freezer paper.
  7. Will keep 3 months frzn.
  8. Thaw at room temperature.
  9. Heat in a 350 oven 10-15 min.
  10. Serves 4.
