Vegetable Macaroni Cheese
- 205g pack KRAFT* Macaroni Cheese (Cheesy macaroni)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT Smooth Peanut Butter
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 small carrot, grated
- Cook pasta in a large saucepan filled with plenty of boiling water for 7-10 minutes or until tender, drain .
- Add milk, butter, peanut butter, tomato sauce, grated zucchini and carrot to pasta.
- Stir over a medium heat until sauce thickens, for about 4 minutes
