Easy Ranch Chicken

• 6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
• 1/4 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
• 1 pouch Shake'N Bake Ranch Crusted Coating Mix

1. Heat oven to 400F.
2. Brush both sides of chicken breasts with Miracle Whip; dip, 1 at a time, in coating mix, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
3. Place in single layer in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Discard any remaining coating mix.
5. Bake 20 min.
6. or until done (165F).
