Pork butts n taters

  1. Turn on broiler to high
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a large bag or bowl with fiesta ranch and mix in.
  3. Place on a baking sheet
  4. Drizzle with oil and cook under the broiler for 20 minutes for soft and 25-30 for crispy wedges
  5. While the potatoes cook, coat the pork chops in barbecue seasoning and cook on medium high heat until cooked through
  6. Make the dressing (:
  7. Mix together about 1/2 cup of ranch with about 1/4th cup of hot sauce.
  8. The amount to use is totally dependant on how spicy you want the sauce.
  9. I like it spicy and mix it until its about orange
