Pork butts n taters
- 5 pork chops
- 1 barbecue seasoning to coat
- 3 large potatoes
- 1 envelope fiesta ranch dressing mix
- 1 oil to drizzle on potatoes
- 1 ranch dressing (optional)
- 1 cholula hot sauch (optional)
- Turn on broiler to high
- Cut potatoes into wedges, place in a large bag or bowl with fiesta ranch and mix in.
- Place on a baking sheet
- Drizzle with oil and cook under the broiler for 20 minutes for soft and 25-30 for crispy wedges
- While the potatoes cook, coat the pork chops in barbecue seasoning and cook on medium high heat until cooked through
- Make the dressing (:
- Mix together about 1/2 cup of ranch with about 1/4th cup of hot sauce.
- The amount to use is totally dependant on how spicy you want the sauce.
- I like it spicy and mix it until its about orange
