Baked Sausage Patties Recipe
- 16 ounce PORK BULK SAUSAGE
- SHAPE SAUSAGE INTO 8 PATTIES ABOUT 3/4 INCH THICK.
- PLACE ON RACK IN BROILER PAN.
- BAKE AT 375 DEG.
- F. FOR 15 TO 20 Min.
- DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
- NOTE:TO MAKE AHEAD, PREPARE AS DIRECTED, THEN LET Cold COMPLETELY.
- WRAP IN ALUMINUM FOIL; Chill.
- TO SERVE, LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR.
- BAKE AT 350 DEG.
- F. FOR 10 Min Or possibly Till HEATED THOROUGHLY.
