Baked Sausage Patties Recipe

  1. SHAPE SAUSAGE INTO 8 PATTIES ABOUT 3/4 INCH THICK.
  2. PLACE ON RACK IN BROILER PAN.
  3. BAKE AT 375 DEG.
  4. F. FOR 15 TO 20 Min.
  5. DRAIN ON PAPER TOWELS.
  6. NOTE:TO MAKE AHEAD, PREPARE AS DIRECTED, THEN LET Cold COMPLETELY.
  7. WRAP IN ALUMINUM FOIL; Chill.
  8. TO SERVE, LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 1 HOUR.
  9. BAKE AT 350 DEG.
  10. F. FOR 10 Min Or possibly Till HEATED THOROUGHLY.
