Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

  1. Melt butter in a large pan over low heat
  2. Blend in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat and gradually stir in milk
  4. Return to heat and cook until thickened and bubbly
  5. In a large bowl fold in ham, onion and cheese pour over potatoes
  6. Transfer into buttered 9x13 dish, cover with foil and bake at 350 for 30 minutes
  7. Uncover and bake for an hour
  8. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving
