Prosciutto Crudo and Cottage Cheese Appetizer

  1. Chop the chives and mix them with the cottage cheese.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Then take the slices of prosciutto crudo and put a teaspoon of the cottage cheese on each one.
  4. Its best to make a line on one of the smaller ends of the slice instead of a dollop in the middle.
  5. Now roll the slice up and either bind it together with a chive (not so easy, actually) or use a toothpick.
  6. Prepare shortly before serving or keep in the fridge, so the cheese doesnt get too warm.
