Laylah's Sausage and Peppers Quiche.

  1. Preheat oven to 425F.
  2. Poke fork holes in thawed pie shell.
  3. bake for 5-8 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. After taking pre-baked crust out, reduce oven temperature to 350F.
  5. crumble and fry sausage with onions and peppers until sausage is cooked.
  6. drain excess grease.
  7. sprinkle cheese evenly into bottom of crust
  8. sprinkle sausage mixture onto cheese evenly
  9. beat together eggs, milk and salt and pepper and pour over top of sausage
  10. bake in oven for 35-40 minutes until knife inserted into center comes out clean
