Chicken, Lettuce, Tomato Sandwich with Garlic Aioli
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon (preferably maple flavored)
- 8 slices Texas toast
- 4 slices sharp Cheddar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 2 tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
- Leaf lettuce
- Roma tomatoes
- Mix together the mayonnaise, garlic and Old Bay in a bowl cover and chill until ready to use.
- Cook up bacon in frying pan and place on paper towel plate for later use.
- Cook chicken breasts in frying pan that had bacon grease left in it.
- Cook until golden brown and delicious.
- Set in a 200F oven to melt cheddar cheese on top of the chicken breasts.
- Slice up the lettuce and roma tomatoes.
- Toast the Texas toast.
- Assemble as follows, from the bottom up: Texas toast Garlic mayonnaise Chicken breast with cheddar melted Bacon Leaf Lettuce Roma tomatoes Texas toast with garlic mayonnaise Sit and enjoy.
