Momma's overly awesome mushroom gravy
- 2 cup turkey stock
- 1/2 oz dried button mushrooms
- 1/2 oz dried porcini mushrooms
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
- Add turkey stock, and seasonings to a small sauce pan on medium
- Crush dried mushrooms and add them to the sauce pan
- Bring to boil and simmer until mushrooms are fully rehydrated
- Mix water and corn starch in small cup and slowly add to the pot stirring continually
- Bring back to boil stirring continuously for 60 seconds
- Remove from heat and serve
