Momma's overly awesome mushroom gravy

  1. Add turkey stock, and seasonings to a small sauce pan on medium
  2. Crush dried mushrooms and add them to the sauce pan
  3. Bring to boil and simmer until mushrooms are fully rehydrated
  4. Mix water and corn starch in small cup and slowly add to the pot stirring continually
  5. Bring back to boil stirring continuously for 60 seconds
  6. Remove from heat and serve

turkey stock, mushrooms, porcini mushrooms, black pepper, salt, corn starch, water
