GF Parmesean crusted Tilapia

  1. Mix all dry ingredients onto plate...i just throw together hand full of this n dash of that.
  2. i also throw in some parsley...for looks.
  3. I press the 1/2 frozen tilapia (little slimey) into the dry mix...both sides.
  4. I run the fish under water so the breading sticks better.
  5. I put breaded fish in HOT 100% olive oil.
  6. After all fish is in pan, flip a few times to prevent burning.
  7. I sprinkle left over breading mix onto the fish while frying for better coverage.
  8. I use a screen to cover while cooking.
  9. It helps prevent splattering.
  10. When all breading is golden brown take out of pan n serve.
  11. This breading has a tendancy to stick to pan.
  12. I scrape any breading off pan and place on top the fish.
  13. You can fry as many or few as u like.
  14. I make four pieces n we each eat 2 (explanation of serving sizes).
  15. The fish is usually thin an fairly small.
