Spanish Rice
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 12 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon unfermented soy sauce
- 14 teaspoon sea salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons nutritional yeast flakes (also known as brewer's yeast)
- 14 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 celery ribs, sliced
- 3 tablespoons diced green chilies (mild)
- saute gree pepper and celery in small amount of vegetable broth or water until soft.
- Then, mix everything together and place in a 9 inch pie plate.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
