Scalloped Potato Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
- 4 pork chops
- 4 med. potatoes
- 2 tbsp. flour
- About 1 1/2-2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 onion, minced
- Butter
- Optional shredded Cheddar cheese
- Brown pork chops in a little oil.
- In a greased casserole dish, thinly slice potatoes and sprinkle with minced onion, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix flour with lowfat milk, a little at a time to keep from lumping, pour over potatoes, almost covering potatoes.
- (Lowfat milk will be absorbed as potatoes cook.)
- Dot generously with butter.
- Add in cheese if you like.
- Place pork chops on top, cover and bake for about 1 hour (till potatoes are done and liquid is absorbed).
- 375 degree to 400 degree oven
