Spaghetti with Sausage and Mushrooms
- 330 g spaghetti, uncooked
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) button mushroom, halved
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Napoli Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, add sausage to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently.
- Add mushrooms; cook 5 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in sauce and pepper; cook on low heat 2 to 3 min.
- or until sauce is well blended and heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta and add to skillet.
- Stir in cheese.
