Stir Fry Dumpling Appetizer
- 20 square or round wan ton skin
- 2 cup ground pork
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 cup store bought prickle ginger optional
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 2 tbsp dice ginger
- 3 tbsp scallion
- MAKE WANTON
- mix ground pork with all ingredient then put 1 tbsp of filling onto wanton skin and squeeze into shape
- with oil on pan fry in medium heat till wan ton lightly brown and cook
- FOR STIR FRY
- with oil lightly brown dice ginger then in low heat add oyster sauce and fried wan ton mix well
- add light soy sauce and chili sauce top scallion mix well then off heat and serve immediately
