Meat-Miso (A Family Standard)

  1. Mince the onion, leek, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Combine the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the minced onion, leek, garlic, and ginger over low heat.
  4. When the oil is nicely fragrant, add the ground pork, fry while and crumble it with a wooden spatula.
  5. When the meat has cooked through and browned, mix in the sauce from Step 2.
  6. Continue frying and when the liquid has evaporated, you are done.
