Meat-Miso (A Family Standard)
- 150 grams Ground pork
- 1/2 Onion
- 1/2 Leek
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 piece the size of your thumbtip Ginger
- 1 tsp Red miso
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Sake
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 Sesame oil
- Mince the onion, leek, garlic, and ginger.
- Combine the ingredients and mix well.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan and fry the minced onion, leek, garlic, and ginger over low heat.
- When the oil is nicely fragrant, add the ground pork, fry while and crumble it with a wooden spatula.
- When the meat has cooked through and browned, mix in the sauce from Step 2.
- Continue frying and when the liquid has evaporated, you are done.
