Rosemary-Lemon Pork Loin

  1. Coat pork loin with enough oil to cover.
  2. Season.
  3. Roast at 300 for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.
  4. Variations; Fresh garlic, lemon zest, thyme, Italian seasoning, celery seed, lemongrass, lime, pineapple, wine, beer, bourbon, worchestershire, shallots, oregano, ranch seasoning
