Chicken & Wild Rice Casserole

  1. Cook and chop chicken breasts.
  2. Brown and drain sausage.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
  4. Saute onions and green pepper in butter until tender.
  5. Mix all of the above with mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup until well combined.
  6. Place in a 9x13 pan.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes until heated through.
  8. I bake mine covered to keep it from getting hard and crunchy.
