Ground Turkey And Vegetables Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and turkey in oil and about half the water on low heat till the turkey starts to brown (just a few min).
  2. Then add in rest of ingredients, mixing well to distribute tomato sauce proportionately.
  3. Cover and simmer on low heat 12-15 min, stirring occasionally.
  4. Tips: Sometimes I skip the saute/fry and put all ingredients in the pan at once.
  5. This can be made minus the meat, as a vegetable course, or possibly you can substitute shrimp or possibly deboned chicken.
  6. Can be made ahead and frzn.
  7. Serves 4-6 depending on appetites.
