Pepperoni Pizza Monkey Bread
- 3 cloves Garlic, Grated
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cans Refrigerated Pizza Dough, 13 Ounce Cans
- 48 slices Pepperoni
- 6 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Cut Into Small Cubes (you'll Want 48 Cubes)
- Marinara Sauce, Warmed For Dipping
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Heat garlic and butter in a pan over medium heat just until the garlic begins to brown.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Lightly brush the inside of a bundt pan with the garlic butter.
- Pull off large marble-sized balls of dough and flatten them (I worked this out with my fingers similar to how you would with a hand-tossed pizza).
- Top the piece of dough with a slice of pepperoni and a cube of mozzarella.
- Wrap the dough around the pepperoni and cheese, pinching well to seal.
- Put this into the prepared bundt pan.
- Repeat until all of the dough and fillings are used.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until the top is very brown.
- Invert the bread out of the pan onto a platter and serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
