Baked Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

  2. Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a large baking sheet by covering it with parchment paper or a baking mat.

  4. In a bowl, stir together the cream cheese and buffalo sauce.
  5. Then mix in the chicken, garlic and onion powders, and the cheese until everything is well-combined.
  6. If it seems dry, you can add more buffalo sauce if desired.

  8. Place the tortillas on a microwavable plate.
  9. Place a damp paper towel on top and microwave for about 20 seconds.

  11. Put your tortillas on your work surface.
  12. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture down the middle of each tortilla.
  13. Roll them up nice and tight and place them on the baking sheet seam-side down.
  14. Spray the tops with some cooking spray.

  16. Bake for about 15 minutes.
  17. Flip over and spray with a little more of the spray.
  18. Bake for another 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  19. Serve with some ranch or blue cheese dressing.
