Michigan Lasagna

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Beat egg and mix with cottage cheese, parsley and garlic.
  3. Brown beef and sausage (drain) and add Prego and tomato paste.
  4. Simmer (if too thick, add a little water).
  5. Coat 9 x 13-inch pan with a little oil.
  6. Layer noodles, meat sauce, then egg and cheese mixture, then noodles.
  7. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.
  8. Bake at 375u0b0 covered for 1/2 hour.
  9. Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour more.
