  4. In a large bowl, combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  5. Remove 1/4 c. of mix; set aside.
  6. Add in apples and peaches to mix in bowl; toss lightly.

  8. In a separate bowl, toss raspberries and reserved sugar mix.
  9. Add in raspberries to apples and peaches; toss lightly.
  10. Pour into pie crust and bake on preheated baking sheet for 20 min.

  12. For topping: In a small bowl, combine flour, pecans, cinnamon, sugar and butter till crumble; sprinkle over pie and continue baking till apples are tender, about 20-30 min.
  13. Wrap pie edges with foil to prevent excess browning.

  15. Cold; top each piece with whipped topping.
  16. Makes 8 servings fordeep-dish, 6 for regular.
