10 Minute Meal in a Pressure Cooker: Simmered Chicken Wing & Daikon Radish
- 200 grams Daikon radish
- 230 grams Chicken wings
- 200 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Bonito dashi granules
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sake
- 1 rounded tablespoon Sugar
- 2 cm Prepared ginger paste in tube
- 2 cm Prepared garlic paste in tube
- Peel the daikon radish and slice into semi-circles.
- Gently slice the skins of the chicken wings with a knife so that the flavors of the seasoning can easily soak in.
- Add all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker, pressurize for 10 minutes, and let it be.
- Open the lid and boil down the liquid.
- It's done.
