10 Minute Meal in a Pressure Cooker: Simmered Chicken Wing & Daikon Radish

  1. Peel the daikon radish and slice into semi-circles.
  2. Gently slice the skins of the chicken wings with a knife so that the flavors of the seasoning can easily soak in.
  3. Add all of the ingredients into the pressure cooker, pressurize for 10 minutes, and let it be.
  4. Open the lid and boil down the liquid.
  5. It's done.
