Buffalo Potato Chips
- One 8-ounce bag ruffled potato chips
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (use a milder one such as Frank's)
- One 4-ounce container crumbled blue cheese.
- Pour the chips into a large mixing bowl and drizzle the hot sauce over top.
- Sprinkle in the blue cheese.
- Toss together until evenly coated and serve immediately.
