Scotcharoo Bars

  1. Mix and melt sugar and corn syrup together at a medium heat.
  2. Remove from heat as soon as mixture isn't grainy.
  3. Do not over cook.
  4. Add peanut butter.
  5. Stir in rice krispies.
  6. Lightly press into a buttered/sprayed 9x13 pan.
  7. In a double broiler, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  8. Spread on top of rice krispies mixture.
