Scotcharoo Bars
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cup rice krispies
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- Mix and melt sugar and corn syrup together at a medium heat.
- Remove from heat as soon as mixture isn't grainy.
- Do not over cook.
- Add peanut butter.
- Stir in rice krispies.
- Lightly press into a buttered/sprayed 9x13 pan.
- In a double broiler, melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- Spread on top of rice krispies mixture.
