Blender Cheese Cake Recipe

  1. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; mix well.
  2. Press in bottom of 7 x 11 inch pan.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Pour boiling water into blender container, add in gelatin and process at beat till gelatin is dissolved.
  5. Add in lemon juice and 1 c. cottage cheese.
  6. Cover and process at liquefy till smooth.
  7. Add in remaining cottage cheese and process till smooth.
  8. Pour into a large mixer bowl.
  9. Add in frzn whipped topping and mix till smooth.
  10. Pour into the graham cracker crust.
  11. Refrigeratetill set.
  12. You can change the gelatin flavor to anything you want to.
  13. If you do be sure and change 2 Tbsp.
  14. juice to go with the flavor of gelatin.
