Dough Magic

• 1 cup lecithin granules
• 1 cup whey dried
• 4 tablespoons malt powder, diastatic
• 1 tablespoon ginger
• 1 tablespoon fruit pectin, dry
• 1 tablespoon asorbic acid
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

1. Mix together.
2. Keep in airtight container.
