Maple Sweet Potato Grill With Walnuts
- butter-flavored cooking spray
- 14 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- 12 ounces cooked sweet potatoes, peeled and diced (2 full cups)
- 14 cup walnuts, chopped
- Plug in and generously spray both sides of double-sided electric contact grill with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine maple syrup, parsley flakes, onion flakes and black pepper.
- Add diced cooked sweet potatoes and chopped walnuts.
- Mix well to combine.
- Make 4 patties.
- Evenly arrange sweet potato mixture on prepared grill.
- Lightly spray sweet potato mixture with butter-flavored nonstick cooking spray.
- Close lid and grill for 6-8 minutes.
- Serve at once.
