Buffalo Chicken Blue Cheese Dip
- 24 ounces chicken breasts
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sauce buffalo sauce
- 1 1/4 cups salad dressing blue cheese dressing
- 2 cups blue cheese crumbled
- 1 demi loaf bread French bread, thinly sliced and toasted
- 2 each celery stalks sliced thin, into strings (Garnish)
- Bake chicken breasts at 350F (180C) for 50 minutes (or until fully cooked).
- With two forks shred chicken and put in medium sauce pan.
- Add Buffalo sauce on cook on medium heat until fully heated.
- Add cream cheese and mix until fully blended.
- Stir in Dressing.
- Turn off heat and fold in 1 1/2 cups of crumbled blue cheese.
- Sprinkle with the rest of the blue cheese and drizzle with extra Buffalo sauce and garnish with sliced celery.
- Serve on toasted bread.
