Garlic Crostini with Cream Cheese, Smoked Salmon and Dill

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a small bowl combine the butter and garlic.
  3. Brush butter mixture onto one side of each slice of French bread.
  4. Transfer to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper (butter side up) and bake in the oven on 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove pan from oven.
  6. Next, spread a small amount of the cream cheese on each of the crostini.
  7. Then top with a few slices of cucumber, radishes, 1 slice of smoked salmon, a small sprig of fresh dill and a few capers.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
