Grilled Chicken Salad on a Toasted Baguette
- 16 each grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
- 3 cups PURE KRAFT Mayonnaise
- 2 cups green grapes, halved
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 cup walnut halves, toasted, chopped
- 16 pieces French bread baguettes (6 inch), split, toasted
- 1 qt. baby spinach leaves
- 32 slices plum tomatoes, thinly sliced
- Combine chicken, mayo, grapes, celery and nuts in bowl.
- Fill each baguette piece with 1/4 cup spinach, 2 tomato slices and about 3/4 cup chicken salad.
