Chocolate Peanut Butter Creme

  1. In a blender, puree the tofu until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Add honey, peanut butter, vanilla and salt.
  3. Continue to blend until the mixture is thoroughly combined and the texture is smooth.
  4. Remove one cup of the mixture and set aside.
  5. Add the cocoa powder to the remaining mixture in the blender and blend thoroughly.
  6. Divide the chocolate mixture evenly among four dessert dishes.
  7. Layer the reserved peanut butter mixture over the chocolate mixture, dividing evenly among the four dessert dishes.
  8. Cover the dishes with plastic wrap and chill for two hours.
  9. Garnish with chocolate curls or chopped peanuts if desired and serve.
