Smoked Salmon Bites with Mustard Creme Fraiche

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together creme fraiche, whole grain mustard, parsley, lemon zest and a dash of salt and black pepper to taste.
  2. Spread 1 teaspoon creme fraiche mixture on each cracker and then top with a small slice of smoked salmon.
  3. Garnish with additional parsley and lemon zest and enjoy!
