Smoked Salmon Bites with Mustard Creme Fraiche
- 1/2 cups Creme Fraiche (sour Cream May Be Substituted)
- 1/4 cups Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley, Chopped Plus Extra For Garnish
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest Plus Extra For Garnish
- Salt And Black Pepper
- 12 Store-bought Buttery Crackers
- 8 ounces, weight Thinly Sliced Smoked Salmon
- In a small bowl, whisk together creme fraiche, whole grain mustard, parsley, lemon zest and a dash of salt and black pepper to taste.
- Spread 1 teaspoon creme fraiche mixture on each cracker and then top with a small slice of smoked salmon.
- Garnish with additional parsley and lemon zest and enjoy!
