Apple Raisin Stuffing (For Turkey Or Goose) Recipe

• 1 c. Minced onions, with their juice
• 3 c. Peeled, cored, and diced apples
• 7 c. Soft bread crumbs
• 3/4 c. Melted butter
• 1 c. Seedless raisins parboiled, liquid removed
• 1 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
• 1/2 c. Chopped parsley
• 1 x Garlic clove chopped
• 1/2 tsp Grated mace
• 1/2 tsp Grated nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp Grnd sage
• 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves

1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
