• 6 tablespoons golden tequila
• 1 teaspoon grenadine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons light cream
• 1 egg white
• 4 -6 cracked ice cubes
• cinnamon

1. Put the cracked ice cubes into a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour the tequila, grenadine, vanilla extract, and cream over the ice and add the egg white.
3. Shake vigorously until a frost forms.
4. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
