Pumpkin Patch Cream Torte

  1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and 1 inch up side of 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Add boiling water to gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. or until thickened.
  6. Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min.
  7. Stir in thickened gelatin and 1 cup COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  9. Tint remaining COOL WHIP with food coloring; spread over gelatin layer to within 1 inch of edge.
  10. Decorate with candies and decorating gel to resemble a pumpkin patch.
