Arizona's Granny Smith Salad

  1. Dressing.
  2. Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Slowly whisk in oil until well blended.
  4. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use; bring to room temperature, and stir or shake to mix.
  5. Salad.
  6. Mix greens, cheese, pecans, apples, and grapes together.
  7. Toss.
  8. Pour vinegarette over salad.
