Japanese Thirst Killer Phosphate
- 1 -ounce cracked ice
- 1 -ounce orgeat (almond) syrup
- 2 dashes "solution of phosphate" or citric acid (lemon juice will work)
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 4 ounces grape juice
- Seltzer water
- Slice pineapple, for garnish
- In a 12-ounce glass add ice, almond syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.
- Fill up with grape juice and seltzer water.
- Garnish with pineapple.
- Sells for 10 to 15 cents.
