The Spicy Stack
- 2/3 lb ground sirloin
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper, fresh
- 1 medium kosher pickle
- 1/3 cup sliced pickled jalapenos
- 2 slice sliced cheese
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, your favorite
- 1/2 tsp yellow prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp canned cranberry sauce with whole berries
- Form the sirloin into 2 patties.
- Pan fry sirloin.
- Cook 2 minutes and turn seson with a quarter of the seasonings per side.
- Pan fry that side 3 minutes turn and season the other side.
- Repeat with second sirloin patty
- When the first patty is done remove to a plate, add 1 slice of cheese.
- Add half the jalapenos, slice pickles longways.
- Add mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Add second sirloin patty when its done.
- Add second slice of cheese.
- Then the rest of the jalapenos and top with cranberry sauce.
