Steak and Guinness Pies

  1. Heat oil in a large heavy pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add London broil and cook until well browned on all sides.
  3. Add mushrooms, Guinness, broth, steak sauce, onion and mustard.
  4. Cook, covered, over low heat for 1 hour.
  5. Crack lid and cook for 1 hour more.
  6. Stir in celery.
  7. Preheat oven to 400F Spoon beef mixture into 6 oven-safe bowls.
  8. Top each with a square of puff pastry, stretching to cover top.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
