Family Favorite Salad Dressing

• 1 12 cups olive oil
• 12 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 -2 garlic clove
• 1 -2 tablespoon finely chopped green onion
• you can also add some shallot
• salt and pepper

1. Put all the ingredients in a large jar.
2. Shake.
3. Refrigerate.
